Examinations at Jamia tul Banaat

At Jamia tul Banaat, we take examinations seriously because they help us understand how well our students are learning. Here is some important information about our examinations:

Types of Examinations

  1. Internal Examinations: These are exams conducted by our teachers throughout the year to check the progress of our students.
  2. Board Examinations: These are official exams conducted by the State Board of School Education. Passing these exams is necessary to move on to the next grade or to graduate.
  3. University Examinations: For higher courses, we follow the examination schedule and guidelines set by the University of Kashmir.

Preparation for Examinations

  • Regular Classes: Our teachers cover all the topics in the syllabus during regular classes.
  • Study Material: We provide books and other study materials to help students prepare.
  • Revision Sessions: Before exams, we hold special revision classes to go over important topics.
  • Practice Tests: Students take practice tests to get used to the exam format and timing.

Exam Schedule

  • Internal Exams: Held at different times throughout the year.
  • Board Exams: Usually held at the end of the academic year. Dates are announced by the State Board of School Education.
  • University Exams: Dates are set by the University of Kashmir and usually held at the end of each semester.

Rules During Examinations

  • Attendance: Students must be on time and attend all exams.
  • Materials: Students should bring their own pens, pencils, and other allowed materials.
  • Conduct: Cheating or any kind of unfair practice is strictly prohibited. Students must follow all the instructions given by the exam supervisors.

Results

  • Internal Exam Results: Announced by the teachers and discussed with students and parents.
  • Board and University Exam Results: Announced by the respective boards. We will inform students when the results are available.
